Return Eligibility

Please inspect your orderimmediately upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours ofreceiving your order.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or different from the product ordered, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• All original tags, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and free gifts (if any) must be included.

• The product must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging.

• The product must not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper installation, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

Note: If a returned product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to reject the return request and return the item to the customer. Delivery charges may apply in such cases.

Return Process

1. Contact our support team on WhatsApp at 0313-2222464 within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Share your Order Number along with clear images or a video of the issue.

3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

4. If your request is approved, you will be provided with return instructions.

5.Ship the product as instructed by our support team.

6. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the final decision regarding the return will be communicated to you.

Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and approved after inspection, the refund amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account via Bank Transfer only.

To process the refund, the customer must provide:

  • Bank Name
  • IBAN Number
  • Account Title

Refunds will be processed and transferred within 7 working days after the returned product has been received and approved by our team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs.

• Products returned without original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, or free gifts.

• Products reported after the 48-hour return reporting period.

• Products showing signs of use, modification, physical damage, or tampering after delivery.

• Products damaged due to electrical surges, incorrect voltage, water damage, or external factors beyond normal use.
