Returns Policy
- If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request from within 3 days.
- Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts).
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you and delivery charges will apply.
How to Return a Product
- Sign in to your Clopal Account, select My Orders.
- Select the order you wish to return and click on the Manage Order button.
- Click on Return Items.
- Fill in the Return Form.
- Head to your nearest Leopard/TCS or any other courier company.
Note: As your parcel return received to us. Your order payment will be transferred via Jazz cash / easypesa or bank transfer(which you provide us).
