Returns Policy

  1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request from within 3 days.
  2. Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts).

Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.

Note: If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you and delivery charges will apply.

How to Return a Product

  1. Sign in to your Clopal Account, select My Orders.
  2. Select the order you wish to return and click on the Manage Order button.
  3. Click on Return Items.
  4. Fill in the Return Form.
  5. Head to your nearest Leopard/TCS or any other courier company.

Note: As your parcel return received to us. Your order payment will be transferred via Jazz cash / easypesa or bank transfer(which you provide us).
